Our Agile POD is a team with diverse capabilities that deliver measurable outcome to our customers at a high velocity. It is a self-sufficient, co-located or distributed, and autonomous team that focuses on business values - strategize, plan, design, engineer, automate, modernize and operate.

 

The POD is self-organized and works with minimum supervision, creating a higher sense of ownership and maturity. Also, because most required expertise is available at hand within the team, there is a minimum level of dependency on people outside the pod.
